COL AV TROA The epiphany of Apollo Smintheos: the herdsman Orodes advancing left, holding pedum in his left hand and raising his right to greet a cult statue of Apollo Smintheos, holding bow and patera, standing right on cave containing similar statue lying; to right, bull jumping right, looking back. Bellinger A480. RPC IX 491 corr. (reverse misdescribed). Very rare. Struck on a somewhat short flan, otherwise, very fine.
